Step 1

Infringer Landscape Report

The Infringer Landscape Report identifies companies and products that are likely practicing patented technology.

Using proprietary technical analysis and market research, Patent Intelligence Group evaluates products across relevant industries and provides a prioritized list of potential infringers ranked by relevance.

This report helps patent owners and litigation teams quickly identify enforcement targets and focus resources on the most relevant opportunities.

Typical deliverables include:

• ranked list of potentially infringing products (typically three to five)
• identification of companies associated with those products

Step 2

Claim Chart Report

Once potential infringers have been identified, the Evidence-Backed Claim Chart Report maps patent claims directly to accused products.

Patent Intelligence Group prepares detailed claim charts that link claim elements to product features using publicly available documentation, product specifications, manuals, and other technical materials.

These reports provide structured technical evidence to support infringement analysis and help litigation teams evaluate potential enforcement strategies.

Typical deliverables include:

• claim-by-claim mapping to accused products
• citations to supporting technical documentation
• product feature analysis
• evidence references tied to claim elements.

Step 3

Litigation Viability Report

The Litigation Viability Report evaluates whether a patent enforcement campaign is strategically and technically viable.

Patent Intelligence Group analyzes infringement evidence, potential defendants, and enforcement risks to provide an objective assessment of whether litigation or licensing strategies may be appropriate.

This report helps clients determine whether to proceed with enforcement and provides insights that support strategic decision-making.

Typical deliverables include:

• infringement strength analysis
• defendant prioritization
• evaluation of available evidence
• identification of potential enforcement risks
• strategic observations regarding enforcement options.

Step 4

Investment Diligence Report

The Investment Diligence Report provides patent owners with a structured evaluation of whether a potential patent enforcement opportunity may attract litigation financing or investor interest. The analysis reviews infringement evidence, potential defendants, and key risk factors to help patent owners understand the overall strength of a potential case and to approach and attract litigation funders or enforcement partners.

Deliverables include:

• assessment of infringement strength based on available evidence
• evaluation of potential defendants and enforcement targets
• summary of supporting technical documentation
• identification of potential risks or uncertainties
• strategic observations regarding litigation or investment viability

•prior art analysis

Reports are typically delivered within 10–15 business days.
